I began my career at Weatherite in September 1998, straight out of university as a Trainee Applications Engineer, gaining a well-rounded understanding of the business by working across various departments.
After a few years, I transitioned into Weatherite Holdings, where I’ve been ever since and manage the group of companies alongside my father.
I joined Weatherite in June 2001 and since been dedicated to ensuring excellence across quality, environment, cyber security, IT, health and safety, and more. Leading cross-functional teams, I ensure high standards, mitigate risks, and drive continuous improvement.
Working closely with all departments, I implement best practices that enhance operational efficiency while protecting both our people and digital infrastructure.
I began my career at Weatherite in April 1989 as a 17-year-old Accounts Office Junior. My passion for accounting led me to pursue a professional qualification (ACCA) while working and studying part-time. Over the years, I progressed through various roles, including Accounts Clerk and Group Accountant. In 2018, I was appointed Head of Finance & Company Secretary, and after several years in this position, I was promoted to Group Finance Director & Company Secretary. With decades of experience at Weatherite, I continue to oversee financial strategy and governance, supporting the company’s long-term success.
I began my career at Weatherite in March 2018, with over 30 years in the AHU and refrigeration industry. I’ve worked with manufacturers across the globe, starting in technical design before transitioning into sales two decades ago. I thrive on innovation and take a “nothing we can’t do” approach provided physics agrees with me!
Outside of work, I’m a firm believer that music is good for the soul. You’ll often find me at live gigs and events, soaking up the atmosphere and keeping my youthful spirit alive.
I began my career at Weatherite in February 1987 as a Contracts Engineer with Weatherite Manufacturing before transitioning to Weatherite Services in 1996. After being promoted to Director in 2000, I later joined Weatherite Air Conditioning in 2014.
Today, I oversee production, contracts, purchasing, site installations, health and safety, and electrical controls/commissioning, ensuring seamless operations across all divisions.
I began my career at Weatherite in July 1987 and my role is dedicated to delivering first-class customer service across our site services and manufactured products. I work closely with clients to build strong relationships and ensure excellence in every project we undertake.
I joined Weatherite in August 2002 and I am a highly experienced Engineer at Weatherite Air Conditioning Limited, part of the Weatherite Holdings Group, with over two decades of dedicated service. With a strong background in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning and Building Engineering Services, I began my career in the early 1980s as a hands-on refrigeration engineer.
As Technical Director, I advise on technical requirements and oversee research & development, commissioning, and equipment testing both in the UK and internationally. I take pride in delivering high-quality, innovative solutions that meet customer needs and drive industry advancements.
I joined Weatherite in November 2010 and started my career in engineering, advancing from hands-on roles to leadership positions at companies such as Venduct Engineering, AC Wright Favell, and IDEAL Air Conditioning.
In 2016, after serving as General Manager at Weatherite Service & Maintenance, I was promoted to Director. Since then, I’ve built a highly skilled and experienced team, and together, we continue to drive growth year after year.
I joined Weatherite in December 2005, as a Contracts Manager, having previously worked as a Project Manager. In February 2019, I was appointed Director of Weatherite Aluminium Solutions, where I oversee the business as a whole.
I remain actively involved in managing contracts for key clients, handling projects ranging from £10k to £2.4m. With a background in interior architecture, I bring a sharp eye for detail and a commitment to excellence in every project.
I joined Weatherite in October 1994 and I am now Weatherite’s Electrical Manager, I oversee the electrical control panel department, ensuring that every project runs smoothly from design to installation. My role involves everything from liaising with clients to understand their needs, providing accurate estimates, and managing projects both in-house and on-site. I also work closely with suppliers to secure the best component prices and ensure our manufacturing processes meet the highest standards.
With nearly three decades at Weatherite, I’ve built a deep understanding of our industry and take pride in delivering solutions that meet and exceed client expectations.
