Sales Administrator – Weatherite Air Conditioning

Sales Administrator

To provide an efficient administration service for the Sales department, which can involve working to tight deadlines.

Fulltime hours are 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Although Part Time hours may be considered, with a minimum of 24 hours per week required.

The role will involve:

  • Answer general customer enquiries promptly and accurately, including advising:
    • product availability
    • delivery dates
    • transport schedules
    • product lead times
  • Process sales quotations from drafts provided
  • Follow up calls and emails for issued quotations
  • Supporting sales engineers
  • Input sales order figures and sales order amendments onto the computerised system, maintaining a high standard of accuracy
  • Maintain the relevant areas of the ERP system.
  • Reception cover as required, e.g to cover absence

The successful applicant will:

  • have experience working in an administration role, preferably within a manufacturing environment
  • ideally have ERP systems experience, although training will be provided
  • have excellent communication skills
  • be IT literate, specifically in Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • have strong numeracy skills
  • have excellent attention to detail and organisational skills, being able to prioritise and work under pressure
  • be able to commute to the office
