Requirement:
Supply and install of new curtain walling screens, swing doors, bi-folding doors and internal lobby.
Our first project at Elephant Park was the fit-out of The Rosy Hue, a bar and restaurant within an extensive retail, leisure and residential development at Elephant & Castle, south of the river in central London.
We were referred to new client CDS Wilman and won the work on tender. Having reviewed their design, we were able to engineer our part of the work to fit their required budget, offering better value than other potential installers.
We then worked on a second project for them for the Mexican fusion restaurant, Cheeky Chicos.
The Rosy Hue needed a very specific cross-glazed look for the doors while Cheeky Chicos involved the integration of a roller blind canopy into the shop front which required a lot of detailed design and bespoke engineering.
We also had to deliver to a very specific and stringent specification from specialist façade engineering consultants, Wintech.
Our works included the supply and installation of new curtain walling screens, swing doors, bi-folding doors and an internal lobby. We chose Senior SF52 curtain walling, Senior Ali-FOLD bi-folding doors (https://www. seniorarchitectural.co.uk), Smart Wall doors from Smart (https://www. smartsystems.co.uk), and Altec NTS-100 shopfront and doors to the internal lobby (http://www.altecsystems.co.uk).
